A Lifetime of Practice: What sets Jayaprakash apart is not just his academic accolades but a lifelong dedication to yoga. Introduced to this ancient discipline at the tender age of 7 by his uncle, who was also his first teacher in traditional martial art Kalaripayatu, Jayaprakash's journey has spanned an incredible 39 years of continuous exploration and mastery. From Kung-Fu to Karate, he evolved into a Sifu (Senior Master) with students not only in his home state of Kerala but also in neighboring states.Global Influence: Jayaprakash's impact reaches far beyond the borders of his homeland. For over 15 years, with more than a decade spent in Moscow, Russian Federation, he has been a beacon of yogic wisdom. As the head of the Yoga department in an eastern health clinic and later as a freelance yoga teacher in Russia, his teachings resonated across diverse cultures. His expertise was further showcased during his tenure at the Indian culture center "House Of The Sun" in Moscow, where he headed the Indian department, introducing Ayurveda Therapy and Indian classical music.Freelance Pursuits for Academic Excellence: Choosing the path of a freelancer since 2016, Jayaprakash has diligently balanced his professional commitments with his thirst for knowledge.
